On the weekends we are usually too busy to sit down and have a meal unless we go out to eat. So we keep lots of munchies on the counter to graze on during the day. In the past that has included some unhealthy goodies. Lately, I have been trying to be more aware of what and how we eat. So, I've started to keep the house stocked with more healthy options for all of us.
Last week I picked up an order of fresh fruits and veggies from the local Sustainable Food Center farm to work program. Sunday morning we had it all out to munch on. Even the chips were healthy with organic soy and flax seeds and some homemade hummus.

I love the organic soy and flaxseed chips from Central Market. So delicious and so healthy! Thanks to Joon and Christy for introducing me to them. That looks like a yummy feast.
I like how the perspective makes Rigby look so tiny compared to the food.
That food looks pretty darn good too. I'm hungry now.
